Rid the World of Hunting and Pecking!
Typing skills are invaluable to any student. The ability to type beyond “hunting and pecking” is a life skill that is also the foundation of computer literacy. TypingWeb is a free online typing tutor; there are no downloads to worry about and no payments. This is a practical learning tool for any student (or adult) who needs to improve his or her typing skills. The only thing necessary is an Internet connection. We know that not all computers at schools, if any at all, have typing software installed on them. TypingWeb is convenient way around that obstacle.
All you have to do is click on “Start Typing” to begin. We find TypingWeb very easy to navigate and the “games” tab is worth trying out as well.
